Job Description
We are looking for a "Planning And Cost Control Engineer” to work at Istanbul;

Working hours:
Monday to Friday :08:30-17:30
Saturday :08:30-12:30
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project planning and at least 3 year in cost control/budget/contract topics in Residential Construction Projects,
- Must have knowledge in Project Management Literature and Methodology.
- Advanced in Project Management Softwares, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project,
- Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Autocad,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
- Having site / field experience,
- Preferably experienced in work schedule, cost control and planning in international projects,
- Prone to teamwork, responsible and solution oriented,
- No obstacle to travel,
- No military disability for male candidates.
- Preparation of the BoQ, cost estimating and progress payments of the projects,
- Preparation of work schedule and budgets for projects,
- Preparation and follow-up of weekly and monthly reports on Projects, creating, tracking and updating a detailed work schedule with the Primavera program in coordination with the site team, execution of weekly meetings for the work schedule,
- Carry out regular checks across all Project Plans to ensure all planning steps proceed as per related procedure,
- Periodic follow-up of the planned and actual progress of the prepared work schedule and budgets and submitting the weekly and monthly reports to the management,
- Creating and monitoring the shipment schedule of the materials and contractors of the projects,
- Preparation of employer and contractor contracts.
