İş Tanımı
- Scheduling and controlling engine induction and delivery to meet TEC target, managing production TAT by closely monitor and drive related production working progress, ensure 100% OTD requirements of MSA and PW.
- Working with related departments/teams to delivery resources supporting production and successfully drive production to the commitment.
- Develop standard production control process and ensure well implement. Minimize the risks and potential risks in production process.
- Analysis production data and generate weekly/monthly reports to measure production performance and delivery reports/presentations periodically, drive and control production schedule and TAT by implementing CORE tools.
- Cooperate with related departments and teams, such as sales department and Customer Support, to win the engine input forecast and schedule from customer. On time provide related production control data required by customers.
- Plan and implement functional production planning system.
- Coordinate all aspects of operation to assure proper sequencing of engine build.
- Define and implement measures to monitor the performance of various Gates.
- Communicate accurate performance information to the organization.
- Coordinate with Materials, Operations, Inspection and Engineering to execute engine overhauls to meet contractual turn-time requirements.
- Improve required schedule changes to align engine maintenance with customer requirements, manpower resources, and material availability.
- Coordinate and distribute priorities across all levels of the organization in keeping with engine production priorities.
- Track performance of engine maintenance activity through Gates I, II and III.
- Maintain, update and distribute production schedule and Engine Booking and Inventory System.
- Supporting the company for the achievement of company’s financials metrics.
- Develop, implement and monitor projects that enhance workplace productivity and flexibility.
- Be responsible for CORE implementation within their unit.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University -Engineering degree (is a plus such as mechanical engineering, aircraft engineering, industrial engineering.),
- Excellent skills of communication,
- Being self-motivated and able to motivate his/her environment and result oriented,
- Excellent skills of analytical thinking and solving problem,
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
- Using effectively MS Office applications,
- To be customer oriented,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Completed military service for male applicants.
- Experience in aviation is a plus
