Our growing business needs a Project Manager with the below detailed experience, to work in a commercial building construction project in Ataköy, Istanbul/Turkey. 

The Project Manager shall; 
- Manage, administer, co-ordinate, programme and monitor all activities including the activities of the consultants, contractors, direct procurement suppliers associated with the procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, completion, handing over from the Contractor to the Client. 
- Lead the project management team and act as representative of the consultant 
- Ensure development of the necessary management procedures 
- Monitor the Quality Control services. 

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture 
- Very good command of English and Turkish 
- 15 years of working experience in commercial projects such as multifunctional complex, shopping centers, office and residential buildings and hotel projects as a project manager
