Purchasing Assistant Position Announcement at KARWANCHIGROUP GIDAKARWANCHIGROUP GIDA operates as a leading company in the beverage industry. In the process of rapid growth and expansion of our company, we are looking for a talented and motivated Purchasing Assistant for our Purchasing Department.
- Job description:
- Supporting the daily operations of the purchasing department.
- Communicating with suppliers and obtaining price quotes.
- Creating and tracking purchase orders.
- Conducting data analysis and reporting in purchasing processes.
- Meeting purchasing requests from different units and ensuring that they are met.
- Ensuring Entries are Approved by the company's Line Manager for both quality and price.
- To prepare documents in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Placing orders in the purchasing area. Tracking orders and records.
- Conducting supplier performance evaluation.
- Identifying possible suppliers from which to purchase.
- Ensuring the creation of necessary records regarding the work performed.
- Carrying out statistical purchasing studies
Aranan Nitelikler
- Graduated from a University.
- Has experience in a relevant field.
- Has good command of English (Reading, writing, speaking).
- Knowledgeable about purchasing processes and supply chain management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Has advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prone to teamwork and result oriented.
- Able to adapt to intense work tempo.
