Your Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to leads (parents, students, adults) through inbound and outbound lead sources, conducting a thorough needs analysis to understand their educational aspirations.
Match students with the ideal tutor and arrange free consultation sessions to create personalized educational plans.
Maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and chat.
Utilize your relationship-building skills to build trust and enroll customers in educational packages worth up to €10,000 (subscription model).
Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, providing best-in-class service.
Work closely with the Tutor Management team to deliver the best solution for prospects and ensure an excellent tutoring experience.
Encourage cross-functional collaboration, identify and develop best sales practices, and contribute new ideas to enhance our product offering and internal processes.
Act as an ambassador for GoStudent's mission, brand, product, and technology.

Languages: Native in Turkish and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and working together to achieve common goals.

Talent in Multitasking: You can switch between tasks swiftly or focus on a primary task while keeping other responsibilities in mind.
Sales Experience: You have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales. However, we also welcome those who are eager to take on a new challenge.
Location: You are currently located in Istanbul or willing to relocate.
Please Note:
Only candidates whose native language is Turkish will be preferred.
You must be living in Istanbul (or willing to relocate). Our office is located in Ataşehir Istanbul.
