Job Description
- Managing the sales team and monitoring their performance,
- Setting goals and developing strategies for the team to achieve these goals,
- Analyzing customer needs and directing the sales process,
- Coordinating communication between the sales team and encouraging cooperation,
- Organizing sales trainings and ensuring the continuous development of the team,
- Managing customer relations to increase customer satisfaction.

CRITERIAS
Having command of Turkish and English. Additional foreign language knowledge is preferred.
Having at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a sales leadership position and in the health sector,
Having a strong background in sales and customer relations,
Having team management skills and leadership skills,
Proficient in Zoho CRM program or other CRM programs,
To have advanced communication skills and to be prone to teamwork,
Focusing on targets and working result-oriented,
To follow market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
