Signature Restaurant Bartender

Key accountabilities 

• Always ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
• Handles, or relays to Outlet Managers all guest and internal customer feedback, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Conducts regular trainings to employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.
• To exceed guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles and looks for improvement for better service standard with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs.
• Observes and maintains daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the bar beverage station, public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.
• Ensures that the bar/beverage preparing stations, glassware, bar equipment, bottle displays are ready, garnishes are cut, fresh pre-service and refreshments are done during service. 
• Ensures that consistency and correct service techniques for all meal periods to be followed by all staff members when preparing or serving a cocktail.

• Excellent beverage knowledge.
• Possess knowledge of cocktail preparation.
• Good organization skills & Time management.Good trainer skills in order to ensure service excellency.
• Good hands-on service.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations (Hotel based or Standalone).Driven by precision and excellence.
• Excellent communication skills. Good collaboration skills with others.
