-Bina teknik ve tesis sistemlerini etkin ve sürdürülebilir şekilde yönetmek·
Yapılacak her türlü tadilat ve tamirat projelerini takip etmek, çözümler oluşturmak,·
-Günlük bakım programları, aylık/yıllık bakım planları ve düzeltici aksiyon planlarını yapmak ve gerçekleşmeleri takip etmek, ilgili bütçeleri oluşturmak ve yönetmek,·
-Elektrik, su, gaz vb. enerji kaynaklarının uygun tüketimini sağlamak ve tasarruf imkanlarını sürekli geliştirmek,· ---- Sektördeki gelişmeleri ve potansiyel değişimleri takip etmek, verimliliği artıracak önerilerde bulunmak,·
-Servis tedarikçi ve satıcılarını koordine etmek ve denetlemek,·
-İşlerin takibinden ve ilgili tedarikçilerin denetiminden sorumlu olmak,·
-Evrak takiplerini yapmak ve sanal bilgi bankasının güncelliğini temin etmek,·

-Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun, tercihen Makine Mühendisliği , İnşaat Mühendisliği,
-Teknik ve mimari projeleri okuyup uygulanmasından sorumlu olacak
-Benzer pozisyonda en az 5 yıl tecrübeli
-Teknik yöneticilik deneyimi olan
-Teknik ofis ve saha çalışmalarında tecrübe sahibi,·
-Esnek ve yoğun çalışma ortamına ayak uydurabilen,·
-İyi derecede MS Office, Autocad programlarını bilen,·
-İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
-Teknik ve mimari projeleri okuyup uygulanmasından sorumlu olacak
