Web Analyst

-Develop reports and make actionable recommendations based on web data to internal stakeholders and management team;
-Develop and oversee web analytics strategy and implementation
-Design, develop and launch testing, targeting and optimization activities across all digital channels (web, mobile apps, mobile html, etc.)
-Develop marketing dashboards that provide insights and campaign performance analysis,
-Develop appropriate set of key performance indicators necessary to measure campaign results,
-Assist in the selection and implementation of web analytics and conversion optimization technologies,
-Create ad-hoc reports and analysis of commonly requested areas such as Marketing programs,
-Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis from multiple data sources including surveys, web analytics tools and user research,
-Work closely with software development team to add, update and verify implementation of analytics tracking,
-Translate both qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights,
-Asist in increasing conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site campaigns,
-Support UX / Design projects with ad-hoc analysis requests,
-Data aggregation across numerous data sources,

-Bachelor or Masters Degree , preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics,
-2+ years experience in a website analytic role; especially Google Analytics,
-Good command of English, both written and spoken,
-Experience in using data to identify issues and create clear actions to improve online/mobile performance and KPIs
-Strong interest for digital trends and willingness to follow global best practices in internet industry;
-Certification in Google Analytics and Google AdWords a plus
-Understands relevant technology such as JavaScript and CSS for both Analytics Integration and A/B Testing
-Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL
-Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing,
-Highly analytical and detail-oriented,
-Strong interpersonal relations and team player,
-Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn,
-Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams,
-Male candidates should not have military obligation,
-Residence on the Anatolian side of İstanbul,
