Wire Harness Design Engineer

- Guarantees the use of the relevant quality assurance tools in the development phases
- Creates and modifies industrials drawings from customer specifications
- Contributes to the wire harnesses families cohesion in the vehicle
- Ensures support to quality departments
- Guarantees the integrity of the technical product definition in particular
- Proposes and implements cost optimization opportunities (technical, quality, productivity)
- Organizes and participates to cost reduction workshops at the customer plant and
implements resulting actions
- Proposes local engineering processes and organization optimizations in line with project needs
- Ensures availability of up-to-date engineering data

- BS / MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Excellent Turkish language skills (native language)
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken) – Interviews will be conducted in
English
- Preferably experienced in wire harness production or development
- Knowledge in Autocad and Catia
- Proficiency in use of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a matrixed organisation
- High analytical and organizational skills, willingness to take initiative, result orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
