We are a robotics company based in Istanbul, we are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to actively seek and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for each customer.

- Present, promote and sell robotics products / solutions
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and results within schedule
- Build, maintain and document sales networks (marketplace network, customer networks, referral network)
- Gather customer requirements and environment information and communicate them effectively to the engineering team
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members, marketing department, and other departments
- Keep record of all aspects of customer relationships using the company's CRM
- Analyze the territory / market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Lives close to Bahcesehir, Istanbul European side.
- Passion in robotics
- At least 3 years experience in sales
- Knowledge in production lines and their parts
- Knowledge in production & factory processes
- Understanding the Turkish market and how projects work
- Highly motivated, with positive attitude
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Proficiency in Turkish and English
- Continuous learner
- Background in industrial engineering or any other related degree
- Finished military service
- Have no criminal record
