Service Manager

Now we’re looking for Service Manager in our office in Istanbul.

Requirements:

-       Service oriented person;

-       At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer support;

-       Sales experience is a plus;

-       Good communication skills and interpersonal relations with customers;

-       Reliability and maximum working energy;

-       Good planning and organizing skills;

-       Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues;

-       Positive, hardworking and stress-resistant person;

-       Confident PC user;

-       Native speaker in Turkish, fluency in English or Russian.

Main responsibilities:

-       Providing professional support and services to the existent clients;

-       Working with new clients and making strong relationships for future deals;

-       Developing relationships with customers on a high professional level by excellent performance of sales activities and deep knowledge of the product;

-       Resolving different situations with clients and finding the best solution of a problem depending on clients' needs;

-       Cross-selling of additional services;

-       Reporting.
