- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable universities,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tall building constructions,
- Good knowledge on Primavera,
- Working experience in multinational and English speaking environment,
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
- Ability to liaise and communicate within integrated multidisciplinary teams,
- Effective communication and presentation skills,
- Strong planning and organization skills,
- Available to work in flexible hours to catch the tight deadlines,
- No travel restrictions (national & international),
- Have a driver’s licence,
- For male candidates military service must be completed.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Controlling and tracking the project progress according to the contract and annexes,
- Preparing work program and tracking budget plans,
- Checking and controlling all reports and offers coming from other suppliers,
- Reviewing and coordinating all outgoing and incoming documents from the client and subcontractors.
- Checking and evaluating daily, weekly and monthly subcontractors’ reports that will be presented to the main contactor,
- Maintaining coordination between subcontractors, client and site execution teams.
- Coordinating and preparing official communication between subcontractors and client.
