Human Resources Supervisor

Our company, one of the leaders in the baby care products market, is seeking to hire a “Human Resources Supervisor ” to be based in its Istanbul (European side) office.

The position will be mainly responsible for:

• Recruitment of talent
• Coaching & development
• Performance management
• Employee relations
• Development and Implementation of HR Policies
• Collaboration with the accounting department on employee payroll and legal rights

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4 year university
• 5 years of experience in HR departments
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in oral and written presentations
• Strong analytical skills, being meticulous and deductive
• Excellent command of MS Office software (especially Excel to facilitate reporting)
• Very good command of English, written and spoken
• No military obligation for male candidates
