* Following up with existing suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinating with department manager and delivering orders to international suppliers.
* Preparation of periodic reports, spread sheets, and presentations and presenting them to suppliers.
* University Degree.
* Excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
* Expert in MS Office and good at reporting.

- Responsible for order evaluation.
- Responsible for the order review/application/contract signature, follow the delivery for responsible order.
- Responsible for payment management for related orders.
- Cooperate with plan dept. for production planning.
- Coordinate business works including customer reception/ inspection , document management etc.
- Cooperate with QC department to deal with the customer complain problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Economics or relevant field.
- 30 years old and above.
- More than 4 years business or sales/marketing work experience.
- Familiar with SAP and office software.
- Must be have experience in International trade.
- Good communication skills and team work ability.
- Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
The job holder is responsible for assisting the General Manager to perform all importing & sales and marketing activities in the Food Service in order to develop new business opportunities and support existing businesses
Key Roles and Duties
- Responsible for performing all aspects of importing activities
- Develop and explore potential new business opportunities in the Food Service or Retail Sector
- Prepare reports,quotations and proposals in the related business sector
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve brand plans and sales targets
- Working very closely with the sales team, while organizing formal meetings to deliver the plan and win new business together
- Managing and controlling personal and brand related budgets and resources
- Using sales reporting systems to plan, monitor report and analyze business performance against plan
- Gathering and using comprehensive competitor information
- University degree
- Min. 3 years of sales experience; preferable in HORECA sector
- Full driving license
- Good level of English
- Articulated in professional presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and well-versed in computer knowledge
