Tasks
Preparing periodic reports for Global and Local Service Desk projects, as required using applications to enable the Customer and Service Desk Manager to monitor and control the operational performance Inputting SD data to MS Excel and performing the necessary operations/calculations to prepare the data for reporting Designing and additionally managing operational 'Key Performance Indicators' for Global and Local projects Service Desk scheduling and controlling of transportation budgeting Using necessary tools and techniques to monitor and assess SD environment Providing reporting support( number chrunching, and charting) to internal Commercial Department
Aranan Nitelikler
Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or computer related departments
Knowledge/Languages
Very good command of English Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel Basic knowledge of SQL, MS Access Basic knowledge of service desk infrastructure and reporting tools (ACD, IVR, CTI system, Crystal Reports) Genesys CC Pluse and analyzer knowledge will be a plus Basic knowledge of Hyperion reporting tool
Experience
1-2 years of experience in related fields
