Business Analyst

We are looking for a “Business Analyst” with excellent coaching and management skills to work in a dynamic environment and help our project team promote Google products to small medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing companywide requirements for a specific project or work.

• Accountable for managing assigned demand and delivery portfolio.

• Alignment of technology and commercial roadmap.

• Accountable for analyzing the business requirement, supporting business in product and idea generation and creating clear functional design analysis and specifications and test cases documentation

• Understand, shape and agree the scope of the project, understand business drivers and manage scope change.

• Work collaboratively with Business Unit and the project manager, Identifying and building trusted relationships to ensure that the appropriate stakeholders are engaged.

• Deliver high quality business requirements optimized for business value on time

• Work with Business Unit to ensure requirements captured are realistic, achievable and testable

• Lead the analysis effort on projects by taking responsibility for providing insight to required change, developing the initial project concept, challenging assumptions, prioritizing business needs and owning the requirements process.

• Prepare weekly reports and forecasts; period end closing activities and analysis

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration or Economics

• Minimum 2 years of Business Analytics and report experience

• Advanced level of MS Office Applications (Especially Excel and Power Point)

• Very good knowledge of BNA (Programming Language in MS Office) is preferred

• Excellent written and oral communications both in Turkish and English.

• Pro-active, multi-task and also solution oriented

• Well-developed analytical thinking, problem solving and strong communications skills

• Negotiation and creative problem solving skills

• Highly process aware, with a commitment to quality

• Demonstrate partner management experience preferably in a market driven environment

• Understanding of commercial strategy and business priorities.
