Job Description

We are seeking Project Manager / mechanical engineer – mechatronic engineer for our company experiencing in fire engineering industry for 36 years.

Reviewing the FM approved fire extinguishing/ detection systems, fire exit projects prepared by the consultant companies for each project.

According to these projects

• To plan, monitor and track the work plan and auditing of the erecting crew and daily control of the erection
• To support contractual interpretation and implementation
• Contractor Subcontractor management
• Progress payment calculation of the subcontractors.
• Managing and monitoring of the operational field crew.
• To present our company to the management and controller company
• To contribute responsibly to relevant laws, regulations, and corporate obligations in terms of safety, health and environment.
• To convey the progress of the current work, proactively plan and allocate resources.
• To test, deliver and start up of the project
• To attend the progress meetings organized by the main controller company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics required.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must (To be able to research literature and report to international control company )
• At least 5 years minimum experience on the construction site in projects
• Minimum 30 years age
• Have knowledge of ‘’Türkiye Yangından Korunma Yönetmeliği’’ and practices
• Have knowledge of NFPA standards and practice
• Engineering design, Autocad, Solidworks and Catia experience
• MS office skills,
• Have completed military service,
• Resident in Anatolian side.
• Job location Gebze / Silivri.
• Active driving license
• Nonsmoking candidates will be preferred
