We are looking for Procurement Chief who will be a member of our Marketing & Procurement Department.

- Supplier Research
- Registration of Supplier
- Supplier Selection
- Request for Quotation(RFQ)
- Proposal Evaluation
- Purchase Order

Develop, implement and conduct the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
Maintaining good communication with conractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.
Responsible for monitoring the provider's performance and assesing penalties as appropriate.
Liasing with Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Prepares weekly report and submit to Marketing & Procurement Department Manager. (MPDM)
Preparing, implementing and developing Procurement procedure according to ISO requirements.
Assisting logistics department for on time deliveries and all supplier logistic operations,including packing and handling considerations.
Evaluating Supplier performance for future project's supplier decision.
Participating project meetings of company representing M&P Department related with his own part.

University Graduate (Mechanical or Industrial Engineer)
Not older than 30 years old.
More than 2 years Procurement experience (preferably in Railway, Automotive or Machinery industry)
Certfied and experienced in ISO 9001 auditing (internal and external) (preferably)
Have IRIS Certificate (preferably)
Fluent in English & in Turkish languages.
Good at MS Office Programs.
Having a valid driving license and active driver.
Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
Able to travel in Turkey & abroad.
Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality.
Living in Ankara. (preferably near to Sincan)
Completed military service. (for male candidates)
In good health.
