ANKARA/ILICA MINING PRODUCTION SHIFT lEADER

For our old multinational big producer and mining company, we are looking for a "Mining Production Manager" for Ankara/Ilıca (near Polatlı).

He will be mainly responsible for mining extraction, producing the necessary volume of semi processed raw material for the budgeted consumption of the Sivihisar plant and intercompany exports of raw material.

Main Responsibilities

All sort of activities in the sepiolite quarry: control of contractors, operations, timetables, transports, forecast.

All sort of activities in the crushing and screening plant: control of productions, consumptions, costs, qualities

Legal and internal Reporting

Security

Supplies for mine&plant

Previous experience of 5-6 years in Mining firms with similar experiences

Strong relationship building skills

Tenacity, analitical focus, proactivitiy, rapidity

Highly self-motivated, result driven, initiative taker,

Good command of English, written and spoken

Mobility to travel when needed (in Turkey and abroad)

Team leader skills, organization, forecast, decisionmaker, authority (will be responsible from 4-5 operators)

Graduated from Mining Engineering departments of reputable universities
