Front Office Manager

İstanbul Anadolu Yakasında Tuzla'da bulunan uluslararası zincir otelimizde Ön Büro Müdürü olarak görev yapacak tercihen markanın diğer  otellerinde  deneyimi olan  tecrübeli adaylar arıyoruz.

We are looking for a Front desk manager , having the folloving qualifications to be employed in our hotel . Ideal candidate should have;

General Qualifications:

• Tourism and Hospitality graduates.
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position ( Previous Hilton brand experience is prefered)
• Excellent verbal, written and spoken Turkish and English communication skills .
• Very good command  of  MS applications and OnQ System,
• Strong ability to solve problems - identify and find solutions.
• Considerable legal knowledge related to hotel issues, including rental contracts,
• Profound knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skils  organization and time management skills.
• Deep and advanced accounting and mathematical skills.
• Working well  under pressure
• For male candidates have completed their military service.
• Prefably residicense in asian side
• Willing to work long and flexible hours

Job Description:

• Taking full responsibility of the Hotel’s Guest Rooms Operation,
• Leading his/ her Team for the highest Revpar achievement,
• Active contribution to achieve Hotel’s Financial targets,
• Executing and supporting DTbH  Brand Standards,
• Encouraging and motivating the Team for delivering the highest Employee and Guest Satisfaction scores.
• Taking the responsibility of the Business Center,

• Setting and controlling incentives and targets on the Front Desk
