• have a university degree (Business Administration, Marketing and Communications etc.)
• have 8-10 years of experience in marketing
• can create world-class digital marketing campaigns
• have proven success in creating marketing projects
• have experience in coaching and leading a team

• could teach MacGyver how to handle tough situations
