Medical Sales Specialist

MCAN Health is looking for Medical Tourism Case Managers to join its sales team in İstanbul
 
You are the right candidate for this position, if you:
 

• are fluent in written and spoken English,
• have a minimum of two years of sales experience preferably in healthcare industry,
• have telesales experience,
• have an educational or professional background in medical related fields,
• are proficient in MS Office applications,
• have excellent communication and listening skills with an excellent telephone manner,
• have great organisational skills and persistence,
• have  great attention to detail,
• are passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven,
• are proactive and able to take initiative

You will be expected to:
 

• deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
• pass the required information clearly to the patients about medical tourism packages that we offer,
• give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,
• arrange consultation appointments with doctors,
• assist patients during consultations,
• deliver an excellent customer service,
• turn the leads into sales
