Scope of Position:

Esure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight while providing an exceptional customer servicw within the customs brokerage department.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Requesting the required documents involved in the import/export of the goods from the customer
  • Checking the documents received from the customer
  • Get in touch with the customer regarding the missing documents - if any
  • Communicate with the broker to ensure timely operation and delivery of the goods to the customer
  • Communicate with all departments within the company to be able to provide the customer with accurate and timely updates
  • Ensure timely and accurate sata entry into the operating system

Aranan Nitelikler

  • A basic understanding of transportation documentation process
  • Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system is essential
  • Good knowledge of incoterms
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
