Scope of Position:
Esure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight while providing an exceptional customer servicw within the customs brokerage department.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Requesting the required documents involved in the import/export of the goods from the customer
- Checking the documents received from the customer
- Get in touch with the customer regarding the missing documents - if any
- Communicate with the broker to ensure timely operation and delivery of the goods to the customer
- Communicate with all departments within the company to be able to provide the customer with accurate and timely updates
- Ensure timely and accurate sata entry into the operating system
Aranan Nitelikler
- A basic understanding of transportation documentation process
- Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system is essential
- Good knowledge of incoterms
- Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
