Aranan Nitelikler

  • Sales management experience is preferable
  • Knowledge of the local market players within retail sectors;
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally;
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to deliver and develop presentations;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Business aggressiveness;
  • Proven ability to collaborate  and build strong relationships with customers especially at the executive level;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; effective in person and by phone;
  • Accountable for results and deliverables; self-starter who works independently and proactively
  • A keen desire to help customers be successful;
  • Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail;
  • Available to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Russian knowledge is preferable

 

  1. Generate a high number of quality prospects for sales;
  2. Identify and contact prospects (calls and visits to potential customers);
  3. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Customer base;
  4. Fully evaluate the needs of the customers and uses this information well in proposals
  5. Respond quickly and effectively to queries
  6. Maintain high standards of planning and tracking the sales activities;
  7. Organize meeting with customers and join these meetings with Country Director
  8. Develop and present customized presentations to assigned Customers that both quantify and qualify product/service usage, realized benefits, achievements, opportunities and next steps;
  9. Work directly with Insider service management to deliver feedback from Customers to best facilitate ideas and drive innovation for future service enhancement and development.
  10. Join the periodical meetings with customers and obtain their loyalty to the company
  11. Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of 4Service abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities.
