Türk Telekom Arena is currently being constructed at Seyrantepe. The stadium will opened in January 2011. AEG Facilities Management have been appointed to work in partnership with the Club to prepare for its opening and the ongoing operation of the stadium. As a part of the operational staffing AEG are looking to appoint a number of high calibre individuals to join the team working on this exciting project.
The primary role of this position is to ensure effective day-to-day and long-term execution of all of the administrative functions of the Turk Telekom Arena Operations Department to include Human Resources, IT Services and Finance.
The person will be responsible for:
•Develop, implement and maintain our procedures and policies that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
•Manage Human Resources functions, including Recruitment, Rewards and Recognition, Learning and Organization Development, Staff and Labor Relations, Benefits, Human Resources Information Systems, and Employee Occupational Health and Wellness.
•Prepare and monitor all budgets and financial reports: oversee accounting functions, banking and coordinate preparation of annual audit and tax filings.
•Oversee the IT services to provide advanced level server, network and desktop hardware & software support to all building tenants including staff members.
•Vendor Operational excellence: Clearly understand and communicate to all vendors operational aspects of the organization and continuously look for ways to drive efficiency and quality.
•Vendor Management: clearly set and manage expectations for vendor management, including negotiation, problem resolution and overall performance management.

•Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Proficient in financial management and sensitive to the impact financial decisions have
•Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic and mature manner with clients, guests, & co-workers in the organization.
•Must be highly organized with good coordinating & project management skills
•Must be able to manage deadlines & work effectively in a high-pressure environment
•Must be a flexible, dedicated individual who is able to work weekends evenings & holidays as required.
