We are a full service law firm providing national and international businesses with transactional, advisory and dispute resolution services across a broad range of industry sectors. Established in 1986, we are now one of the largest law firms in Turkey with 10 partners and over 100 employees. We are based in Istanbul and working closely with several correspondent law firms in other Turkish business centres. The firm's clients are a blend of foreign and local, medium and large corporations as well as government organisations and NGOs worldwide, with the majority coming from the UK, US, European and Asia Pacific regions. All lawyers work in Turkish and English and the firm offers fluency in German, French and Russian.

Department Assistant;

• Maintains diaries for top and middle management,scheduling internal and external meetings, conference calls, booking and setting up meeting rooms
• Handles incoming and outgoing mails, calls, faxes and correspondence
• Prepares letters, proposals and other documents
• Maintains and/or creates files and/or record keeping systems.Sorts,labels, files and retrieves documents or other materials for reference
• Proactively adds internal meetings; interviews, staff meetings
• Coordinates travel and accommodation, 
• Gives support to all top and middle management team as well as the employees who willl be travelling for business purposes Visa application and travel arrangements (Hotel & flight bookings...etc.)
• Receives calls, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information;provides information or directs caller to appropriate individual.

• University degree
• Minimum 1 year work experience in managerial or departmental assistance
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Indesign, Ilustrator and Photoshop)
• Experience in professional services
• Turkish Nationality
