Human Resources Specialist

• Managing compensation and benefits process including analysis of compensation surveys
• Preparing annual employee budget
• Monitoring and analyzing monthly employee cost reports
• Administrating performance management system with target deployment principles
• Managing job analysis process with Hay Methodology
• Executing bonus system monthly for stores and annual for Head Office
• Coordinating relocation services and legal permissions for expats

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics or Business Administration,
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits,
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications ,
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills,
· Able to work with employees from different cultures,
· Strong communication skills,
· No military service obligation for male candidates,
· No travel restriction.
