Spa Concierge Coordinator

The Spa Concierge Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, all aspects of the Spa Concierge / Reception and Reservations functions. This includes Spa, Fitness & Wellness.

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE’S) and Company’s Pillars, on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

   

• Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T. as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

   

• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa Operations Manager

• Dealing with dissatisfied or disgruntled guests

• Taking of reservations when necessary

• Assist in ensuring that mistakes mentioned are corrected and discuss procedures that were performed correctly

• Reading through the many essentials e-mails that deal regarding spa, meetings, groups, and VIP’s.

• Replying to missed guest calls and guest email, vendor, sales and colleague emails.

• Read notes for every appointment and assure that no mistakes have been made. Also assure that appointments are in correct sequence. Maximize revenue by therapist availability

• Co-ordinate all special guests, group bookings and VIP’s
