Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures,
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure,
To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s financial operations and to manage Treasury functions,
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports,
Assist in the compilation of information for the Company’s annual tax returns,
Prepare financial reports for other groups, including stock holders, creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities,
Leading, training, and managing other members of the account management team and dealing with any issues that may arise,

B.Com. and accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) ,
5+ years related experience managing financials and accounting systems, standard cost accounting, budgeting and treasury functions,
Strong Leadership and supervisory skills,
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment,
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills,
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills,
Coordinate annual audit of the Company with external auditors ,set and prioritize goals and objectives for direct reports and themselves,
Perform analysis on various company projects and plans and provide alternatives and recommendations,
Liaise with legal representation on corporate issues. Review of legal contracts as requested,
Establish and maintain relationship with banks,
Ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place, thereby minimizing risks,
Review standard costs, including appropriate overhead allocations,
