Financial Assistant

Implements accounting and reporting standards corresponding to the Group requirements

Preparation of the Financial closing within 10 days after the sales closing

Preparation of financial and operational monthly reports (P&Ls, Sales reports)

Analyzing differences and evolution (actual/budget/last year): Sales, Expenses and Ratio

Monitor acceptance of costs, verifies prepared payments

Classify the invoices received

Controls the tax payment in relation with our accounting company

Preparation of a monthly table to control the expenses

Controls the marketing and sales department expenses

Asking to our logistics partner the stock information each month

Monitor the deliveries of the products ordered to each branch of Wholesaler

Monitor the deliveries to pharmacies with the sales reps associated

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Economics or closely related field

Proven ability to communicate good in English and Turkish (written and spoken)

Completed Military Service (for male candidates)
