Management of distribution channel and its subdistributors in coordination with Sales Engineers
Regular visits to competitors' sales channels to better understand market dynamics, pricing and competition.
Stock control of distributors, effective order and delivery planning for distributors
Evaluation of special price requests
Better understanding of market pricing structure
Assisting to collect market data and analyzing the data to set a future strategy
Providing necessary information flow from distributors to headquarters and vice versa
Monitoring competitor activities and developing sales strategies
Investigation of new sales channels
Following payment terms of distributors
Implementation of marketing activities for distributors
Qualitative and quantitative assessments of recent distributors quotations
Monitoring all related fairs and seminars and encourage distributors to participate to events
Regular visits to potential distributor candidates and establishing smooth relations.
End customer visits with the distributors
Introduction of new products to distributors
Analyzing sales figures monthly and quarterly to surpass the set targets
Maintaining proper use of corporate identity

Essential Qualifications:

Highly preffered Mechanical Engineer,
Work experience in related sales area,
Excellent command of German or English
Proven track record in generating new business and working with dealers
Must have initiative, ability to organize and be self-disciplined and motivated. Time management skills a must, industry knowledge a plus but not required.
High levels of motivation and enthusiasm , Smart and professional appearance, Good communicator
Willing to contribute to the overall improvement and success of the business, working practice
Must have a valid driver’s license.
