Job Description :

• Communication and coordination between administrators to manage and regulate other parts
• Scheduling appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings
• Maintaining of document flow, correspondence, documentation systematically
• Managing of phone, fax, email traffic rapidly and effectively
• Assist preparation of documents, materials, agendas of the meetings and as needed
• Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs
• Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations
• Welcoming and hosting  visitors
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations and their guests from abroad and/or events of the functions if needed
• Maintaining of all office needs like  stationary, repair etc.
• Getting approvals for invoices in accordance with DOAG with the coordination of Accounting & Finance Department
• Helping Accounting & Finance Department on weekly document flow

• University / Upper Secondary degree on relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting
• Strong skills in MS Office Programs
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions for day-to-day problems
• Well organized and abilities to set priorities to meet tight deadlines
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Professional attitude and responsibility
• Fluency in English is a must
