Job Description :
- Communication and coordination between administrators to manage and regulate other parts
- Scheduling appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings
- Maintaining of document flow, correspondence, documentation systematically
- Managing of phone, fax, email traffic rapidly and effectively
- Assist preparation of documents, materials, agendas of the meetings and as needed
- Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations
- Welcoming and hosting visitors
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations and their guests from abroad and/or events of the functions if needed
- Maintaining of all office needs like stationary, repair etc.
- Getting approvals for invoices in accordance with DOAG with the coordination of Accounting & Finance Department
- Helping Accounting & Finance Department on weekly document flow
