İş Tanımı

Orders, checks, and expedites purchases of parts and materials. Ensures that parts arrive as scheduled, with appropriate lead times.
Researches and locates vendors, investigates and analyzes the best sources of parts.
Obtains comparative prices on a regular basis to ensure the best possible prices.
Maintains current cost data for all purchased items.
Blanket PO management.
Supports and drives the execution of global commodity strategies relative to cost reductions, Supplier Sourcing and Supplier Rationalization for assigned commodities.
Ensures that supplies and materials ordered meet established quality standards.
Assists in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Set up responsible KPIs/annual business plan and implementation.
Completes and maintains all records including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving reports, and related purchasing paperwork.
Interfaces with Category Management Team to Support global/ regional projects
Keeps departments advised of key changes of schedule in materials due.
Provides suggestions for improved policies and procedures.

BS. Degree in related section,
At least 3-4 years track record in an indirect purchasing organization. Especially field operations , Technical indirect purchasing (technical man power, chemicals, hardware, etc…)
Knowledge of vendor sources, products, and purchasing procedures.
Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
Strong analytic and reporting skills,
Experience in Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel required,
Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service
