CRM&Sales Agile Development Expert

We are seeking a CRM&Sales Agile Development Expert with the will and ambition to work in Billing&Charging Configurationt Management Function, reporting Configuration Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

• Design and develop software to perform IT projects on CRM&Sales products
• Responsible for Analysis and Validation of requirements for the assigned projects and clarifying business requirements and perform impact analysis
• Support Test, Release deployment and Operation teams for the projects
• Manage CRM products and services life-cycle; determine future opportunities for innovation, changes and improvements.
• Do the troubleshooting, maintenance and 3rd level support of the products and services delivered to customers, as long as required. (Analyzing and fixing problems reported by customers.)
• Provide technical consultancy to stakeholders about related technologies, products, service features and architectural design.
• Deliver and maintain Product Documentation (Technical Requirement Specifications, Product Description, Product Presentations, Feature Lists, Low Level Design Document) and coordinate product related documentation by related departments
• Mentoring and guiding less experienced developers to improve their skills and vision
• Research and implement new technologies to improve our time to market, service quality, flexibility and reusability

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities
• Strong technical background of CRM technologies, products and services
• At least 6 years development experience.
• Highly experienced in Java & SQL and J2EE applications.
• Preferably experience in Siebel CRM.
• Willing to work in Agile Development environment
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
