We are seeking a Customer Operations Business Relations Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Customer Serv.Business Relations Management Function, reporting Business Relations Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship between the VFNET & Enterprise Business Unit – Technology - Regulation and the Customer Operations ( COPs) based on understanding the fixed customer needs, regulation and telecom drivers.
- COPs SPOC for all COPs related and customer related activities
- Understand the business, assist in the prioritization of all new/current fixed products/services/campaigns.
- Ensure new/current fixed products/services/campaigns align with COPs that best provides maximum customer experience, and direct COPs strategy in support of the overall fixed business strategy
- Develop & Design all VFNET Customer Operation processes
- Design and Implement changes for customer processes for all new/current fixed products/services/campaigns

- Significant experience in related field (max.1 years)
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Fixed Telecom
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience of leading cross functional teams across the organisation, operating in complex matrix management structures
- Self Starter
- Customer oriented thinking
- Experience in Business Process Management
- Ability to use process design and mapping tools (ARIS, Visio, etc)
- Experience in using MS Project
- Confident public speaker and presenter
- Ability to use Powerpoint to prepare effective presentations
- Ability to use MS Office applications
