Altilis Yem Katkı Maddeleri A.Ş is looking for a bilingual English/Turkish Administrative and Sales
Assistant. Knowledge of French will be an asset.
Our company located in Istanbul (European side) is a subsidiary of Altilis Nutrition Animale (France). Set up two
years ago, it is a young structure in constant growth. Our mission is to provide additives and micro-ingredients
for the animal feed industry. We rely on the experience of our French team and knowledge of the Turkish
market of our Turkey Business Developer to strengthen the development of our business.
We need your help to continue to respond quickly and effectively to market demands that are becoming
increasingly important!
To do this, under the responsibility of our Turkey Business Developer, you will perform the following tasks:
Administrative Management
- Ensuring secretarial tasks
- Accounting of daily expenses and tracking tax payments
- Transmission of the accounting records to our accounting firm
- Ordering office supplies, etc..
- Organisation of business trips for the team (flight, rental car, and hotel bookings)
Sales Administration
- Registration of orders
- Order tracking ( being in contact with our warehouses, carriers, , edition of delivery notes)
- Invoicing
- Recording sales and all documents on the server
- Preparation of the import / export files
Marketing/ Sales
- Supporting the search for providers for marketing actions (goodies, greeting cards, etc...)
- Following specialized publications in the area of animal nutrition (magazines, emailing...),
- Supporting the organization of fairs (VIV istanbul,...)
- Managing sample, promotional product and brochure stocks
- Managing commercial documents such as letterheaded papers, envelopes, bills, delivery orders,
business cards..
- Contact files and visit reports classification ...
- Supporting market analysis (data collection)

Requirements
- University degree
- You have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience in a similar job (1-2 years)

A versatile, dynamic and proactive person. You are meticulous, reliable and have a sense of responsibility.
Type of contract : A permanent contract
Starting date : as soon as possible
- University degree
- You have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience in a similar job (1-2 years)
