Participate in setting costmer developement KPIs and their implementation
Assess customers' real needs and requirements
Responsible for the development and execution of the customer development plans and objectives
Meet and exceed sales targets
Oversee the “customer lifecycle”
Work with Project leader to define client profile and client's product and market requirements
Develop CRM strategy for customers
Manage and motivate sales team to ensure that sales targets and KPI are met and exceeded
Collect and provide reports on market information including market trends and competitor analysis

3 years of experience in costomer developement, business developement, marketing
Graduate with bachelor university degree and preferably with graduate degrees (e.g. Master or above) in marketing,business developement
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, pro-active, flexible with high customer and service focus
Good level of financial and business argumentation skills
Fluent English will be a bonus
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of CRM database marketing techniques, including process, methodology and solutions understanding
Ability to build, present, defend and implement a business case for CRM process
Relevant experience 2-3 years in CRM/ CRM analytics
