Job Description

Elvan Group started out first as a candy store in Istanbul in 1952, has now entered the “Global 100” list prepared each year by Candy Industry and lists the World’s Best Confectionery Companies in 2015 with a ranking at 65th place. 
     The Group is now producing cakes, croissants, candy, jelly, chocolate, wafers, bars, milk powder and whey powder with 8 factories in Turkey and 1 factory abroad and more than 2.500 employees that transformed it into an international brand. Elvan Group has first R&D Center.

     Elvan Group is looking for Export Sales Manager for Egypt. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Manages customer portfolio in the assigned country and territories, depending on the Elvan’s sales budget and marketing strategy.
  • Increasing effectiveness in the existing markets by developing & managing abroad customers and distributor relationships.
  • Being responsible for ensuring the realization of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Tracking & Analyzing trends in global markets in order to define new market and sales opportunities. While introducing right product and services with an effective solution that meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring implementation of the campaigns in all regions which support the increase in sale.
  • Prepares pricing and sales reports, business plans and reports for all current and potential business and reports status updates periodically,
  • Working in coordination with other departments and ensuring excellent service and product supply chain experience to the customer

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on sales and trade channel development of Egypt in FMCG industry.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of export and foreign trade legislation
  • Good communication skills, demonstrated leadership and stress-resistant.
  • Creativity and result orientation focus.
  • Strategic thinking and having commercial Intelligence, Strong cross-cultural awareness of business & trading approaches in different culture
  • Effective team player and strong interpersonal relations skills,
  • Having no obligations to reside at Egypt.
  • No travelling restrictions (domestic or overseas).
  • Male candidates should have completed their military services.
