Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Providing full support to management,
• Organizing daily schedules including meetings, organizations and phone calls,
• Attending meetings, taking notes, reporting, preparing and presenting documentation to executive, management as well as archiving and filing,
• Coordinating communications with business associates, customers and employees,
• Arranging business trips, accommodation, visa applications etc.
• Welcoming guests, as well as organizing hospitality and necessary organizations,

Required Skills

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ideally bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Advanced level of MS Office applications,
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, (The second language is preferred.)
• Highly organized,
• For male candidates: Military Service completed
