Quality Control Manager

ERGIL provides a comprehensive range of professional services to Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Water industries for 30 years. ERGIL manufactures storage tank equipments, provides many other products for energy industry including pressure vessels, storage and process tanks and fire fighting systems. We are searching experienced “Quality Control Manager” for our factory, located in Mersin. Job description and required skills for candidates as per below;

• Implement and manage the quality control program (Receiving quality, process quality control and final quality control),
• Prepare the quality control plan (ITP) as per client requirements on special projects,
• Prepare welding procedures (WPS, PQR),  realise welder certifications,
• Conduct quality control meetingsManage and coordinate the three phases of quality control (preparatory, initial and follow up)
• Manage documentation by quality control specialists, testing personnel and any other inspection and testing personnel,
• Perform submittal review and approval,
• Ensure testing is performed and provide QC certifications and documentation,
• Lead all quality control efforts,
• Be fully aware of the contract, plans, specifications and applicable code,
• Document and submit a weekly /monthly Report of Quality Control activities,
• Perform material inspections to verify that the products are to specifications and that storage, staging and material handling methods are implemented,
• Coordinate third party testing agency activities,
• Attend partnering meetings, QC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings and conduct the QC meetings

• Having "Mechanical Egineering "degree,
• Having "International Welding Engineer certificate",
• Minimum 5 years QC managerial experience of minimum 10 years total experience,
• Having knowledge of problem solving methodologies and Istatistical process control experience,
• Ability to exercise independent judgment,
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, managerial, and communicative (written and oral) skills,
• Flexibility to coordinate multiple projects,
• Experience of manufacturing with ASME specifications,
• Proficient Microsoft Office appilications, Autocad and Solidworks experiences,
• Experienced with PPAP, FMEA, Kaizen and 5S applications,
• High level of skills on data analyses, reporting and documentation,
• Experience of supplier audits and evaluation,
