Assistant Manager - Front Office

The Assistant Manager - Front Office is a fully competent individual who has experience in the front office process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include managing front office operation fconducting site inspections, managing budget and maintain guest satisfaction. Duties also include incharge of the night operation, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilizes Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate. The Assistant Manager - Front Office will also participate and may lead event meetings, guest satisfaction and other associate meetings. The candidate also works as a team member with hotel operations.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Good command of English - preferably second European language knowledge,

Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and

hotel Property Maintenance Sistem (preferably Opera)

Good trainer, able to facilitate at all level

Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements

Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager-Front Office or 4 year as

Team Leader-Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
