You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the kitchen department in line with Global Hyatt’s Purpose and Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the Hyatt House Gebze’s operating concept.

Aranan Nitelikler
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Computer Skills in MS Office, and Scala System is preferred
Good Command of English
Young, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile

Hyatt bir ev olarak kuruldu.
Hyatt, derin misafirperver deneyimler yaratma misyonuyla harekete geçerek, ilk Hyatt otelini 1957'de Hyatt House isminde açtı. O zamandan beri, şirket, tüm güçlü yanlarını ve değerlerini otellerinin her birinde uyguladı. Yıllar geçtikçe, misafirlere onların sadece konaklayabileceği değil, aynı zamanda yaşayabileceği bir yer sunmak istediğimizi öğrendik.

2006 yılında çok daha az otel benzeri, daha tatmin edici ve tanıdık bir misafir deneyimi yaratarak uzun süreli konaklama pazarına girdik.

OUR ORIGINS
Where our journey began.
Hyatt started as a house.
It began with a mission to create deeply hospitable experiences, and with that the first Hyatt hotel opened in 1957, aptly named Hyatt House.
Since then, the company applied all of its strengths and values into each of its hotels. Over the years, we’ve learned that we wanted to provide a place guests can not just stay, but live.
A new house for Hyatt.
In 2006, we entered into the extended-stay market—creating a guest experience that’s more satisfying and familiar, and a lot less hotel-like.
In 2012, we debuted our evolved vision for the Hyatt House brand, bringing back not only the Hyatt House name, but also its spirit, with our deepest presentation of warmth, comfort and familiarity, and authentic hospitality.
Hyatt House Gebze is a new house for Hyatt at the heart of Gebze.
