Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
01.Have to Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR, Admin & Compliance.

02. Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance
03. Have to coordinate with top management and able to take soul responsibilities.
04. Have to organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs and so on.
05. Have to formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
06. Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
07. Have to organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs and so on.
08. Have to be responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.
09. Monitoring & supervise the various issues like office transports, office equipment, property, canteen maintenance, promotion, transfer, increment & performance appraisal.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the lead.

Required Skills

01. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
02. More than 3 years of relevant administrative work experience, familiar with the administrative work process
03. Good communication skills in reading, writing and speaking in English or Chines.
04. Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good organization and coordination ability, strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
05. Ability to use office software and office automation equipment proficiently.
06. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong learning ability.
07. Strong sense of service, carefulness, able to withstand strong work pressure, loyalty and trustworthiness, dedication, strong sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic
8. Must be well conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, Factory Rules, Fire Rules, and HR policies development and implementation.
9. Very good command of written and spoken English, Energetic, forward-thinking and creative professional with high ethical standards.
10. High sense of responsibility and adaptability to strict deadlines,
11. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
