Founded by Serhan Nasirli in 2009, MinusGreen Productions produces and line produces Feature Films, Tv Commercials, Music Videos, Documentary Films, Tv and other productions.

Company specializes in line production services for foreign companies shooting in Turkey including works for known brands and has 6 feature films under its belt, including award winning feature films nationwide and internationally. With its equipment inventory including RED Camera, Arri camera, lighting and other professional equipments, company also has the ability to produce commercial and feature projects inhouse.

MinusGreen productions also has sub entities, Filmdersleri.com which organizes short term film production courses from professionals establish in the film business while Istanbul Filmmakers Network, gets together especially foreign film industry professionals living in Istanbul.

MinusGreen is looking for team player collaborators for its future ventures both local and internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Access to agency network and building new clients/works for production company.
• Managing crew for various productions, finding and scouting talent according to projects
• Reaching out potential local and international clients,managing reports to Executive Producer.
• Access to music labels/musicians/singers for possible music video shoots and collaborators for directing/producing talent development
• Preparing estimate budgets and sending bids for potential projects.
• As a reputable production and production services company, Promoting Turkey's filming locations and promoting our services to international contacts. 
• Managing equipment rental and supervising periodic technical equipment checks by crew members
• Assisting executive producer for Developing/managing concepts for possible productions when needed.
• Managing/Organising monthly get-together events for our filmmakers network group and our film school instead of Film Production Company.

SKILLS

• Minimum 5 year experience in advertising agency, tv commercials or film production company
• Experience in film production, ability to manage drama, commercial or corporate shoots
• Good knowledge of creative,technical and economic aspects of filmmaking
• Ability to prepare film production budgets if needed (Movie Magic Budgeting is a plus)
• Good realtionship, personal skills with agencies/clients/cast&crew
• Target oriented, aimed for success, team player
• Good command of english, Having good networking skills
• Ability to pitch projects verbally or written
• Knowledge of film equipments (if necessary)
