Job Description

To build a best-in-class fintech platform, you will work with product managers, QA engineers, backend, frontend, and mobile developers.

- Work within an agile team to define, design, build and ship new features and extend existing ones
- Analyze requirements and constraints, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate their impact on business goals
- Collaborate with your team and business stakeholders to develop solutions that maximize customer value and drive continuous improvement
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests and participate in peer code-reviews
- Contribute to implement the software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle including software design, coding standards, code reviews, test processes, deployment strategies, and maintenance
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and engineering culture
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our projects
Required Skills
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, mathematics, or other related fields,
- Minimum 2 years experience in backend software development
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies,
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and solve problems efficiently,
- Effective communication skills
- Expert knowledge of object-oriented concepts and technologies such as software architectures, design patterns
- Professional experience with Kotlin or Java (willingness to learn Kotlin is a plus!).
- If you have strong Java experience and a willingness to learn Kotlin, we would love to hear from you
- Experience with Spring (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with API design
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Couchbase, etc.
- Experience with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure, or Huawei CloudKnowledge on distributed systems and microservice architecture is a plus
- Strong desire to learn and explore innovative technologi
