- Direct and organize the Banquet operation within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service,
- Coordinate with food and beverage sub-departmants - restaurants, kitchen, stewarding, room service etc.,
- Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor cost,
- Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service in Banquet,
- Responsible for the preparation of F&B Banquet budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.,
- Lead, manage and develop personnel in the food and beverage Banquet department.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic " Banquet Service Manager " who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage,University degree from an accredited university in Tourism Food Service Management,
- At least 2 years in similar or same role Enjoys interacting with people,
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language),
- Willing to work shifts,
- Must have experience working in 5* hotel environment Has professional experience in Banquet operations,
- Must be a friendly, helpful and a trustworthy leader,
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving ,
- Enjoys being challenged,
- Able to engage with guests,
- A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues,
- Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
