General
Have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the company’s policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
Ensure that operating and equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within it.
Interacts with management of other departments within areas of responsibility and develops solid working relationships with them.
Assists in the building of an efficient team of colleagues by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development.
Ensures that all colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policies and procedures.
Ensure that all colleagues provide a friendly, courteous and efficient service always.
Ensure to be harmonious and protect the environment and cultural surroundings.
Always strive to perform any additional duties and responsibilities given by team member.

Aranan Nitelikler
Full high school education completion of his or her chosen academics.One year or more experience in a similar role in luxury hotel setting.
Knowledge of coffee and other hot beverage products.
Knowledge of, and previous use of, point of sale systems.
