CONSERA Off-Site Building Solutions is one of the leading construction technology companies in Cold-Formed Steel Framing (CFSF), which provides fast-track and high-quality solutions to our customers. We have multiple ongoing projects in Turkey, Europe and the Caribbean regions. Consera is looking for an experienced BIM Manager for head office in Seyrantepe / İstanbul.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor and/or master degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture from reputable universities
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in architectural, structural, MEP model coordination with BIM
- Has knowledge/skills of quantity estimation and work program coordination with BIM
- Has the ability to use BIM technologies in a working environment where design and production are integrated, in a way that provides optimization in line with efficiency and measurability targets
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as BIM
- 360 by AutodeskAims career with BIM expertise in our company, which develops and sells products in the European and American markets in the field of Modern Methods of Construction and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly technologies
- Ensure that BIM services received from outsourced project offices are managed according to the company's goals
- Will be able to identify and manage the needs for the development of special applications according to the Design Production integration needs
- Will be able to organize the necessary studies and activities for all the relevant teams of the company to use BIM effectively within the scope of their duties, and to create the documentation and standards regarding the company's BIM processes
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal
- No domestic and international travel restrictions
- It would be an advantage to have any of the following:
- Experience with 4D and 5D BIM processes and tools
