Strategic HR Busines Partner (Cluster HR Manager)
Maersk Line in the Black Sea Cluster (Turkey, Ukraine, Romania and Georgia) is looking at building a strong HR team which supports the business in achieving its ambition 5-year growth plan.
The Strategic Business Partner role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR person with a generalist approach to the HR function and the ability to work as member of a strong HR community. The role is expected to be a key activist in shaping business strategy in the Black Sea Cluster, through offering insights on managing resources and ensuring the deployment of Global strategies and tools fitting the local needs. As Strategic HR business partner you will assess the capability of the local organisations to deliver on the business plan and identify need for gap-closing activities. With the support from the Regional functions you will select and implement HR practices that are most appropriate for the delivery of the business plan.
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
? Identify talent issues before they affect the business
? Measure key organizational performance through selected and critical metrics.
? Bring the voice of the employee to the table by highlighting implications to strategic decisions.
? Manage organizational audits and collect data which leads to future action.
? Be an active member of the Cluster Management team
? Have cluster responsibility on all HR issues, and owns the HR function in the countries.
? Coach Cluster Top on organisational and talent development
? Challenge/probe business decisions from an HR perspective
? Ensure HR programmes are aligned with culture and global guidelines

Required Skills
Qualifications
We are looking for a credible and sound HR professional. Our ideal candidate has at least, 5 years of experience within HR (additional years of experience outside the HR function will be considered an advantage).
The perfect candidate is customer oriented, but not sub-servant of the management team and short-term pressures. Our candidate brings qualified and informed opinions to the decision making process. The person has experience as HR business partner. The candidate enjoys the generalist side of the HR role, and likes to engage in partnerships to develop specialised products.
The person will be fluent in English and is, above everything, a strong team player.
